Kids
magic tricks are
normally really easy to
learn and perform. If you are a beginning magician, kids magic tricks
may be a great place to start because they don’t require a
lot of practice or preparation.
You can find a lot of magic-kits that
have easy-to-learn tricks, such as the Eggcup Trick, the Coin Vanishing
Trick, and the Broken Pencil Trick. The kits usually include the
apparatus needed to execute the trick.
A lot of kids magic tricks don’t
take a lot of time to prepare. For example, the Empty Matchbox Trick
can be done with no notice.
All you need is two matchboxes (one of them
being empty) and a rubber band. All you do is shake a matchbox and you
ask the crowd how many matches are in the box when they hear the
rattle.
The trick is to attach the other matchbox to
your arm so that
it is not seen by the audience, but it is still heard when you shake
your arm.
Another great kids magic trick is the Wine
into Water Trick. For this trick, you will need water, red food
coloring, and bleaching powder.
First, pour water into a glass and add
some red food dye. This will make the water to appear like it is wine.
In another glass, you will add the bleaching powder.
As you pour the
red “wine” into the other glass, it will become
clear water because of the bleach. It is important that there is adult
supervision for this trick because bleaching powder is a dangerous
chemical.
If you aren’t able to obtain a
magic kit, you can find easy kids magic tricks to perform using
household items and goods. For example, if you are doing the Rubber
Pencil Trick, you will only need a pencil.
When the pencil is held
loosely near the tip, it looks like the pencil is rubbery when you
wobble it. This simple illusion is fun for a lot of kids.
Not only are kids magic tricks fun for kids,
but they can also be fun for adults. If you are a grown-up trying to
learn how to do some magic tricks, starting with easy tricks is a good
idea. Performing kids magic tricks successfully to a crowd will help
you get ready for more difficult tricks in front of a crowd.
