Magic
card tricks are some of the most fun
tricks to perform for a small group of people like your family and
friends. If you want to impress your family and friends, here is one of
cleverest
magic card tricks around.
To start, you will need one deck of
playing cards. Make sure you show the audience that the deck of cards
hasn’t been tampered with as your shuffle the deck really
well.
Next, you will count out the first 26 cards
as you turn them face up. Place the cards into a pile. As you count the
cards, pay special attention to the 18th card as you are flipping them
over and into the designated pile.
After you have the stack of 26, turn the
pile face down and put the cards back into the bottom of the deck.
The next step requires you to count out 4
rows of 10 cards. You will turn over the first card in the deck and
whatever number is on the face, you will begin counting to 10 from
there. For example, if you lay down a 7, you will say seven and then
proceed to lay the other cards down on top like in solitaire.
It
doesn’t matter what number appears on the card, you are just
counting to ten from the first number in each row you begin. If you
turn over a card with a ten, jack, queen, or king, you will count that
as a ten. Make sure you have all 4 lines completed.
Magic card tricks sound complicated as you
read them, so it may be a good idea to practice this as you read. Next
you will take the top card of each row and pull them upward away from
the lines.
Add up of the total of those four cards.
Remember face cards
count as 10. Add the sum of those 4 cards. Take the total and tell your
audience that you will find the suit from your 18th card.
Count out
that many cards from the remaining deck. The last numeral should be the
18th card you glanced at in the beginning of the trick.
Practice this card trick several times
before trying it out on family and friends. Magic card tricks usually
require memorization and a lot of practice.
